Ingredients
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cacao powder
Pinch sea salt
2 tablespoons water to blend
Directions
Blend the avocado in a small food processor until smooth. Add the other ingredients, and keep blending until you get a uniformly colored and fluffy mousse. Spoon the chocolate mousse into a bowl, and refrigerate for about an hour.
